We focused on the most recent developments in the design of various nano-micelles for effective nutrition delivery and increased bioavailability. Nanomicelles have been used to increase the efficacy of bioactive ingredients in nutraceutical and health foods. It was important to draw attention to the safety issues with foods using nanotechnology.
